Sourdough by Sonja - Bread Making Class

Your Class Details:
Date: Sunday, October 12, 2025
Time: 1pm-3pm
Location: Luxe Bar & Bistro - 1430 Central Ave-Summerville

What to Bring:
A mixing bowl (glass is preferable)
A tea towel
An apron if you want one (l'll have a few extras, too)
All your sourdough questions!

Hands-on experience from the first mix to the final shaping
Tips and tricks in real time
A new banneton (proofing basket) with your own full-sized artisan sourdough loaf, shaped by you and ready to bake at home (plus another dough!)
My sourdough cheat sheet that recaps every step so you can do it again on your own!
