* A mixing bowl (glass is preferable)

* An apron if you want one (l'll have a few extras, too)
* All your sourdough questions!

* A new banneton (proofing basket) with your own full-sized artisan sourdough loaf, shaped by you and ready to bake at home (plus another dough!)
