- **Event Description**: Join in on this fun race down Summerville Town Creek! The event kicks off at 10AM and concludes at 3PM. Jeeps are invited for a special Jeep Cruise-In. Food, craft vendors, live music, kids activities & the arrival of the TVRM Steam Engine 4501Passenger Train will also be highlights.  The duck race is set to begin at 1:30PM. Adopt a rubber duck for the race by purchasing an adoption ticket for a chance to win the Grand Prize of $500, sponsored by Credit Union1, for the First Place duck to cross the finish line.  The Second Place duck will be awarded $250, sponsored by Pro Roof GA , followed by Third Place duck bringing home $100 sponsored by Summerville Main Street. Food & Craft Vendors Will Be On Site. There will also be a Duck Calling Contest Contest, with prizes awarded in both Adult & Youth Divisions. Duck adoption tickets may be purchased in advance and on site. Donations are $5.00 for one ticket, $25.00 for six tickets, $50.00 for 12 tickets, and $100 gets you 25 tickets. One ticket equals one numbered rubber ducky in the race.
