- **Event Description**: Join us on Thursdays from 10:30–11:30 at Collective Wellness of Summerville (formerly Total Wellness) for a 60-minute yoga practice designed to help you reconnect. 

This foundational class weaves together the breath, mindful movement, and stillness to guide you beyond the noise of daily life and into an inner sanctuary of peace. Each session will explore the foundations of yoga, offering beginner-friendly guidance, options for intermediate students, and space for those wishing to gently explore more advanced poses.

We’ll begin and end each class with moments of grounding and meditation, creating space for you to step inward—to quiet the mind, nurture the body, and awaken the spirit. Through breath and physical practice, you’ll be invited on a journey toward your infinite soul: a place where you can remember what it feels like to receive love… until you realize that you are love.
