- **Event Description**: > I***NVITATION--CHS INDIANS--38TH MINI REUNION ***

Good morning and happy Saturday, INDIANS!!! First of all, thanks to every one of you that have joined this grouping thus far. It makes me very proud and very excited about our upcoming and future reunion(s) and community involvement. As I've said several times in the past couple of weeks alone, we are still far enough in advance of the up-and-coming Chattooga High School's 40th Class Reunion of 1988, and at this rate, it seems to be increasingly promising of a FANTASTIC REUNION to date. Of course, over the last 37 years since Graduation, I am positive all of the previous reunions have been as magnificent and filled with camaraderie, union, memories, and pride no matter how big or small they may have been.

As a planning tool for the 40th Reunion, I'd like to open the invitation to a PRE-Reunion Planning and Possible Committee Selection event coming up on the 21st of August, 2026, at the Dos Maguey's Mexican Restaurant in Summerville, Georgia. We can meet, eat, discuss some important 40th Reunion Event planning details, and hopefully get some actual Reunion Committee Volunteers. Following the meeting, we could all possibly attend Chattooga High School's football game against the Lafayette Ramblers and show our support in true INDIAN style!!!! Depending on your availability and the number of actual attendees, it would be somewhat of a MINI reunion in our 38th year of post-graduation involvement.

**So again, 88 Alumni, mark your calendars for the 21st of August, 2026, 5:30 P.M. (or 1730 Hours in true Military Time hacking). Family members and children are of course welcomed to attend with you and it would be absolutely wonderful to see them all. All I am asking at this point is to please respond via this posting with the number of people planning to attend or accompanying you so that we can work out some details with the restaurant prior to the event.**

In closing, as your Senior Class Vice President in the year 1988, I am beyond proud of each and every one of you and all of the accomplishments WE ALL have made over these years. I look forward to seeing you and catching up with each of you even more...
