• Blood pressure and BMI
• HIV testing

• Prostate and colorectal cancer screenings
• Hands on CPR education

We will also be offering:
• FREE Narcan training
• Free food distribution

Mammograms will be available by appointment only.
To schedule, call 706-509-6840 (Option 1)
Eligibility: Must be age 40 and older and uninsured

In addition to screenings, attendees can:
• Connect with local healthcare providers and organizations
• Learn about preventive care and available resources
• Visit educational vendor booths
• Enter to win door prizes
