❤️?‍♀️Be ready for a beautiful evening of inner healing, energy cleansing, releasing, grounding, deep relaxation and heightened awareness…..embracing the true magnificent essence of all that you are. 

This journey of full body and soul exploration and discovery….will encourage you to venture within…acknowledge those parts of yourself that may feel lost, afraid, sad, confused or broken….and give you the guidance to live…to dream…to explore….to celebrate….to plan…to focus….to heal…and to love. 

We will first begin with a deeply grounding and sacred Cacao ceremony with Liz Fay (Fay’s Empathic & Divine Healing). 

Cacao ceremonies are known to help one go deeper into meditation, exploring emotions and expanding awareness…..allowing you to create a deeper connection with yourself….and a deeper connection with others. 

Then….you will be asked to lay back (or stay seated comfortably if you like)…and Liz will begin the crystal singing bowls sound bath & guided meditation…. as Sherry moves around the room…gently connecting and providing Reiki energy healing therapy with each person.


What is provided: 

- Yoga mat 
- Bolster 
- Blanket 
- Eye cover 
- Bottled water 
- Nasal strip (for those prone to snoring) 

What is suggested to bring: 

- Pillow(s) 


AND….if you have concerns with your back and would like to sit in a chair….this option is also available?


***SPECIAL NOTE….this energy cleansing sound bath/guided meditation/reiki session is quite powerful. We strongly suggest that after the session…relaxing at home with minimal distractions or disturbances would be very beneficial (as you may continue to experience physical, and emotional releases of blockages that have been held in the body). But this quiet time after the healing/cleansing session is not a requirement…only a suggestion***


To reserve your spot, please message Sherry. Energy exchange for this event is $45.00 and is by e-transfer. Only paid reservations will confirm your space.

Location will be given once your space is booked and energy exchange received (to make sure there are no unannounced “walk-ins”). 

Please arrive 20-30 minutes early (5:00 pm is perfect) to experience full relaxation and settle in before the event begins. Doors will be locked at 5:20 pm with no admittance after 5:25 pm. 

***Sorry but refunds are not available. If you cannot make it to this event (or if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather) you can use your pass for a future similar event with us, or you may gift your pass to a friend if you like (but please notify us first so we know).
