This event is filled with yoga sequencing, self-reflection, and techniques you can use anytime to connect with your vagal nerve and learn to reset it.
Participate in yoga movement, breath flow, and sensation awareness. The event starts out with a somatic flow and is followed by exploring techniques that incorporate a combination of pranayama, mantras, mudras, & sound healing for nervous system health & stress management.
Your nervous system heals when you understand how it works and can communicate with it in a safe and loving way.
