At one point, my own health was shaped by pain and fatigue, I felt stuck, which eventually led me to breathwork.My first breathwork session was transformative. I experienced a deep release of emotional trauma tied to my physical pain and gained clarity on what my body needed. From that moment, I knew I had to learn breathwork to offer the same to my clients. I completed my Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner training with Embodied Breath Academy in 2021 and have led hundreds of sessions since then.I believe that every person already has the tools within to guide them to better health - their intuition!
