I plan to begin setting up at 7:00 AM and will need some help both with setup in the morning and with takedown around 3:00–4:00 PM. 

I’m always there from beginning to end and I will tell you it’s a long day but pretty rewarding. Last year we talk to a lot of people. The opportunity to just love on people, especially kids passing out little things like Jesus, bracelets and coloring books. This is more of a community than a motorcycle event. But you will end up meeting a lot of people who ride a motorcycle. 

We are not the only Motorcycle group/club set up. 

I am also in communication with the Birmingham chapter about bringing their tent, as they did last year, or allowing us to borrow it.

The festival runs from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During that time, I will be working my mattress booth, which will be set up right next to the CMA booth. We will need volunteers for the CMA booth throughout the day. We can either take turns working in shifts or stay and cover it all day—whatever works best.
