The sound bath melts away tension, encourages rest and digest, and supports overall healing. This class is appropriate for all levels.

This class is lead weekly by DeAnna McDearmont (RYT-500, YACE), a passionate yoga and sound facilitator dedicated to empowering others on their journey to wellness and self-discovery.

As a certified practitioner of Biofield Tuning and Sound Healing, she uses the transformative power of sound and energy to support profound release and shifts in the mind and body. DeAnna brings a wealth of experience and a nurturing approach to every class, retreat, and sound healing session she facilitates at One Soul.

At One Soul, we believe yoga is for everybody and you do not have to be “bendy” or “stretchy” to practice. Our studio and instructors are from a trauma-informed lineage, which means we lead classes that nurture and challenge you in a safe and non-judgmental way. Variations of poses are given in each class to make our classes accessible regardless if you are new to yoga or more experienced. Our yoga studio is intentionally free of mirrors, encouraging you to focus on how your practice feels rather than how it appears. Your mat is your personal sanctuary, a space to connect with yourself and your journey.
