Every December, we open the livery doors at our headquarters on Shem Creek for our annual used gear sale. It’s become a tradition for outdoor enthusiasts in the Lowcountry because over the 29 years we’ve cultivated a tradition of selling pro-grade gear in great condition at very good prices (up to 50% off retail!)

Many of the kayaks, canoes and paddleboards are less than a year old (our season starts in March) and have been handled with care and stored under cover.

Coastal Expeditions guides are available to help you choose the right gear for your lifestyle to make sure that you purchase something that you’ll really use and enjoy.

In addition to used gear, we’ll have gift certificates and retail goods for sale. The coffee will be hot, the halls will be decked and we’ll be ready for you!

THE GIVE BACK
Each kayak or SUP sold at the sale will sponsor a child from an area Title 1 school on a field trip to Bulls Island or Crab Bank Seabird Sanctuary through the Coastal Expeditions Foundation.
