Through the combined experience of partnering with horses, becoming aware of our breath in meditation and abstract painting, you explore metaphors which mirror your life experiences, personal growth, and self discovery.

We provide a safe, inclusive space for participants to have guided interactions with horses that facilitate creative expression.

You’ll leave this workshop feeling grounded, inspired, and empowered by the embodied experience of merging your breath and deeply listening with the horses who are holding space for you. There is a heart-felt connection with the horses who see you fully in the moment.

Our program is inspired by scientific research into the benefits of equine-assisted learning and creative expression to support holistic wellness.

No prior experience with horses and art is needed. All activities with horses are guided by certified, experienced facilitators on the ground. There is no horseback riding in this specialized therapeutic program. You connect with the horses in a personal, deep and heartfelt way.
