Winter Solstice Celebration Class ~ Mindful Movement + Yin with Kristen

Celebrate this magical time of year... a sacred time as we set intentions, invite peace and stillness as we welcome winter. As we prepare for the shortest day of the year, this practice will transition us from one year to the next as we bid farewell to fall and set intentions moving forward into the next season of the year, the next season of our lives. For this candlelit practice, you should dress comfortably. It's a perfect time to slow down and embrace this beautiful season by going inward to the calm and peace waiting for you.
