Class is at 9am with Kristen. Join us for a gentle, detox flow....1/2 to rinse and wring,1/2 to get still with yin (emphasis of liver/gall bladder meridian). Take a break from the Black Friday crowds and join us for mat time to reset and reconnect after the big day. ;)
