Join us for a hands-on culinary experience at The Grill at Reese as we explore one of El Salvador’s most iconic dishes — the pupusa!
Pupusas are thick, handmade corn tortillas filled with delicious ingredients such as cheese, beans, squash, and more. In this interactive class, participants will learn how to prepare pupusas from scratch under the guidance of The Grill’s seasoned manager, with assistance from Fort Bend ISD culinary students.
To complete the authentic experience, the class will also prepare curtido, a traditional Salvadorian pickled cabbage slaw, and enjoy additional tasty surprises along the way. This event is designed for all ages and offers a unique opportunity to cook, taste, and learn about the cultural roots of this beloved dish.
Please note: Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older.
Space is limited to 20 participants — register now to secure your spot!
