- **Event Description**: Hello Sugar Land Parents! Sugar Land Gymnastics is putting on a Mom and Child “Dance Through the Decades” Event!

We will be holding a dance class for parents and children to promote our adult dance classes on Saturday, November 8th at 8:30 am! We will dance to music from the 1920's-2025! Come wearing a retro outfit in the style of any past decade! Refreshments will be provided! Dancing is a great way for adults and parents to get exercise, relieve stress, have fun, wind down from a long week of work, and gain some new skills! In our Ballet, Jazz, and contemporary classes you will gain increased body awareness, rhythm, stamina, balance, body alignment and confidence.
