Knitting For Beginners

Learn to knit with our guest instructor, Pia Thadani! The class will cover the knittedcast-on, the knit stitch, and the basic bind-off. As time permits, we will also cover the purl stitch.



Make a fun key fob in class, and take home instructions for an easy headband! This class will match each student’s individual pace and comfort level, and can be taken multiple times if desired.

Supplies: No supplies are needed for the class.

You will receive a kit with a skein of yarn, key ring, knitting needles, and yarn needle. Other supplies like scissors will be available for use in class.
Ages: 9 thru adult
Level: Beginner. NO previous experience.
All supplies to get started are included with class
