Join us for this hands on cooking class to celebrate Fall Harvest! Working in groups you will create a made from scratch menu that you can easily make at home from your next meal! Guests will get to eat the food prepared after instruction.

Menu:  Roasted Beet and Butternut Squash Salad, Pork Tenderloin  with Red wine sauce, Apple Walnut Cake

Instruction includes:

Meat preparation and cookery
Roasting vegetables
preparation of sauces and vinaigrettes
Knife skills
Baking
* Beer, Wine or Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase
* Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.

What if I have a food allergy?
We will do our best to accommodate food allergies, but we cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with diet restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. If you have any of the following allergies: Gluten, Nuts, Dairy, Soy, Shellfish, Eggs please email info@rosewfarm.com to notify us.
Cancellation Policy?
All classes have a 48 Hour cancellation policy, You must email info@rosewfarm.com to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are responsible for paying for the class.

Should I eat before class?
All classes you will get to eat what you prepare, so plan on a meal at the end of class.
