Join us for this hands on Gnocchi Class! Working in groups of two you will create a made from scratch menu that you can easily make at home. Guests will get to eat the food prepared after instruction.

Menu: Antipasto Salad, Classic Potato Gnocchi with Butternut squash and sage brown butter sauce


Instruction includes:


classic potato gnocchi from scratch
rolling, cutting, and shaping gnocchi
preparation of sauce and cooking gnocchi
Knife Skills
* Beer, Wine or Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase
*Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.

What if I have a food allergy? We will do our best to accommodate food allergies, but we cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with diet restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. Cancellation Policy? All classes have a 48 Hour cancellation policy, You must email info@rosewfarm.com to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are responsible for paying for the class.

Should I eat before class? All classes you will get to eat what you prepare, so plan on a meal at the end of class.
