Explore new possibilities in jewelry-making with this Art Clay Silver workshop focused on incorporating color and resin techniques into fine silver designs. Students will create wearable jewelry while learning how resin can be used to enhance texture, contrast, and surface detail.
Art Clay Silver allows students to shape and fire pieces in a single day, transforming soft metal clay into solid .999 fine silver. This session introduces methods for adding color after firing, opening the door to more expressive and personalized designs.
All tools, studio equipment, and silver clay needed for the project are included, along with a variety of findings, stamps, textures, and patinas. Extra silver clay will be available for purchase. This class is suitable for beginners as well as returning students looking to expand their skills.
