Reiki and Restore Yoga - Come to 1 or come to all 4

This 75 minute Reiki Restorative Yoga will combine restorative postures and energy healing to help relax your body and mind, reduce your stress level, and improve your physical health.
While resting in your restorative posture, your guide Roxane Anglehart will offer Reiki hands healing energy. You will leave feeling calm, relaxed, and in a state of well being.
Nov 7, 14, 21 28 7:00-8:30pm 75 minute class. Come to one class or all four
$35/class + HST for single class. All four classes $120 _HST
