Come and join myself and Karen, create a nest and be restored and soothed with Cacao, guided relaxation & the healing sound of crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments - No experience needed.
Sound baths are a safe and relaxing experience which can help us find freedom within the mind and body.

CACAO
Known as the ‘food of the Gods’ Cacao has been used for centuries in rituals to open the heart and connect to our true self. Rich in nutrients and mood enhancing compounds, this natural plant medicine gently energises the body without over stimulation and can be beneficial with focus, creativity and emotional wellbeing.
The combination of cacao and sound healing is (in our opinion) incredible!
