When you’re parenting a neurodivergent child, it can sometimes feel like you’re always searching for answers. You read, listen and learn, yet much of what you find doesn’t quite fit your family or your child.
You might feel tired, uncertain or even a little alone. I understand that feeling.
I created my Empowered Parenting Workshop to offer parents a space to pause, learn in a calm environment, and feel supported by someone who understands both personally and professionally.
During our day together we’ll explore what ADHD really means, how the brain works, and practical ways to support emotional regulation, communication and connection at home.
Most of all, you’ll leave feeling:
- Seen and understood
- Reassured that you’re not alone
- Equipped with simple, practical tools that make a difference
- More confident in supporting your child and yourself
It’s a day for reflection, connection and gentle empowerment.
