Parenting can be deeply rewarding 
It can also feel really hard at times.

Many parents find themselves struggling with their child, with or without a diagnosis. This workshop is for parents who feel unsure, overwhelmed, or are looking for greater understanding and confidence.

No diagnosis is needed to attend. If your child does have a diagnosis and you are finding things challenging, this space is equally for you ?

Victoria brings professional expertise alongside lived experience as a parent of a child with ADHD. While her background includes specialist ADHD training, this workshop is not diagnosis-led. The focus is on the shared realities of parenting. Understanding child development. Recognising the skills children need to thrive. Learning how parents can support those skills, starting with their own regulation and responses.

Throughout the day, we will explore:
• How children’s brains develop 
• The executive functioning skills that support learning, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing
• The impact of stress on both children and parents
• Parental self-regulation and staying calm, present, and connected during challenging moments 

This workshop offers a compassionate, non-judgemental space. You will leave with practical tools, increased confidence, and a stronger sense of connection within your family.

This workshop is for you if:
• You are struggling with your child and don’t know why
• You feel overwhelmed or reactive at times
• Parenting feels hard, even without a diagnosis
• Your child has a diagnosis and you want more understanding and support
• You want greater calm, confidence, and connection at home 

It is a day for reflection, connection, and gentle empowerment
