The Cold Moon invites us to slow down, shed what no longer serves, and settle into stillness.

Join Mitch for an immersive Sound Bath designed to help you release stagnant energy, ground deeply, and attune to winter’s quiet wisdom.

Crystal bowls, chimes, and resonant tones will guide you through a journey of sound and vibration — softening the body, clearing the mind, and opening space for renewal.

Allow the sound to wash through you.
