Deja a devenit o tradiție ca la fiecare început de iulie Suceava să găzduiască un Festival de suflet și suntem foarte bucuroși de continuitatea lui. Suceava Blues Festival ajunge anul acesta la cea de-a XVI-a ediție. O manifestare care a devenit un reper cultural, păstrându-și personalitatea și standardele, aducând notorietate orașului și bucurii prietenilor. SUCEAVA BLUES FESTIVAL este, în primul rând dedicat lor: artiști, public, organizatori, voluntari, susținători sau doar curioși, de oriunde ar fi ei, și conturează acum o întreagă comunitate care așteaptă cu nerăbdare o nouă ediție. Suceava redevine un loc plin de oameni îndrăgostiți de atmosfera unui festival cu o identitate distinctă. 

Festivalul, în sine, are povestea lui. În spatele unui afiș stau, de fapt, pasiunea, spiritul muzicii și o comunitate care crește frumos odată cu trecerea prin timp. În același timp un semn de recunoștință adus artei și lui Fani Adumitroaie, cel mai important artist de blues pe care l-a avut Suceava și unul dintre pionierii blues-ului din România. Poate cel mai important lucru este interesul din ce în ce mai mare pe care îl stârnește această poveste în rândul publicului, criticii și iubitorilor de muzică bună, în general.

Pentru 2025 vă propunem o ediție ce se va desfășura pe parcursul a trei seri memorabile, pe Platoul Cetății de Scaun a Sucevei. 12 trupe din USA, UK, Italia, Germania, Grecia, Polonia și, evident artiști români consacrați sau la început de drum, urmate, evident, de nelipsitele jam-session-uri și after-party-uri.  Zonă VIP, scena deschisă formațiilor locale înainte de festival, un seminar de blues dedicat tinerilor, proiecții video, lansări de carte, expoziții, workshop-uri, un mini-târg de vinil-uri, toate acestea vor completa atmosfera unică a Festivalului. Suceava Blues Festival este și va rămâne în topul festivalurilor de gen din România. Această ediție ce se va desfășura pe parcursul a trei zile pline de evenimente. Festivalul va debuta vineri, 4 iulie, ora 15.00, în sala de expoziții a Teatrului Municipal ”Matei Vișniec” – Suceava și se va încheia oficial duminică, 7 iulie.

Welcome, beautiful people!

It has already become a tradition that every early July Suceava hosts a soulful Festival and we are very happy about its continuity. Suceava Blues Festival reaches its 16th edition this year. An event that has become a cultural landmark, preserving its personality and standards, bringing notoriety to the city and joy to friends. SUCEAVA BLUES FESTIVAL is, first and foremost, dedicated to them: artists, audience, organizers, volunteers, supporters or just curious, wherever they are, and now outlines an entire community that is eagerly awaiting a new edition. Suceava is once again becoming a place full of people in love with the atmosphere of a festival with a distinct identity.

The festival itself has its own story. Behind a poster, in fact, there is passion, the spirit of music and a community that grows beautifully with the passage of time. At the same time, a sign of gratitude to art and to Fani Adumitroaie, the most important blues artist that Suceava has had and one of the pioneers of blues in Romania. Perhaps the most important thing is the increasing interest that this story arouses among the public, critics and lovers of good music in general.

For 2025, we propose an edition that will take place over three memorable evenings, on the Plateau of the Suceava Fortress. 12 bands from the USA, UK, Italy, Germany, Greece, Poland and, obviously, established or emerging Romanian artists, followed, obviously, by the indispensable jam-sessions and after-parties. VIP area, open stage for local bands before the festival, a blues seminar dedicated to young people, video screenings, book launches, exhibitions, workshops, a mini-vinyl fair, all of these will complete the unique atmosphere of the Festival. Suceava Blues Festival is and will remain among the top festivals of its kind in Romania.
