Eligibility Requirements:
All speakers at the tournament must be novices, whereby a novice:
Has less than 3 open breaks, and
Has not broken as a speaker or judge at a national or international major (e.g. MNIDC, ABP). 

A high school speaker is:
Currently enrolled in a secondary school, or
Was within the last 6 months enrolled in a secondary school, and is not currently enrolled in a Pre-U or University institution.

Registration & Fee Structure:
(1) High school speakers attend the tournament for free! 
(2) Other non-high school novice teams are required to pay a fee of RM120/team. 
(3) Cross-institutional teams are welcome!
(4) For composite teams consisting of 1 high school speaker and 1 non-high school speaker, the high school speaker will debate for free while the non-high school speaker will need to pay the registration fee of RM60/speaker.
