Jyothee Murali, also known as JYXDI, is a self-taught Tamil-Canadian visual artist known for her powerful fusion of South Asian culture with contemporary art. Born in Sri Lanka and based in Toronto, she began painting as a child and later left university to pursue art full-time. Her work spans traditional painting, digital art, NFTs, and large-scale murals, often exploring themes of identity, heritage, and spirituality. Through vibrant visuals and cultural storytelling, Jyothee has gained global recognition, collaborating with major brands and leading community art initiatives. Her art is not just expression—it’s a movement rooted in authenticity, resilience, and tradition.
