A sound bath meditation is a restorative experience that gently realigns mind, body + spirit. As you rest, waves of sound from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes + gong wash over you, creating an atmosphere that eases stress, clears energy + supports deep relaxation.
You’ll be supported in comfort with sheepskin rugs, memory foam, soft pillows, kantha blankets + lavender eye pillows—everything prepared to help you fully let go.
