Event: X4CF All Skills Training Paddle
Details: This training paddle is for all levels to learn all main skills that come in to play for paddling including form, technique, speed, turns, ocean, drafting, and we will have a fun relay race too. We will start from Cove Rd Park on the intracoastal then paddle to the mangroves where we will walk thru with our boards to check the ocean and do some in & outs, condition dependent, and then head back through the intracoastal to finish in flat water. Be prepared to get wet and have fun!

Parking: Free, park in spots or in grass
Equipment: Bring your board, paddle, leash, PFD, whistle, nutrition, hydration, sun protection.
