Early motherhood can be beautiful, and let's be honest - also really hard. Between sleepless nights, big emotions, and the constant changes, it’s easy to feel like you’re on your own.

That’s why we started the Whole Mama Collective! Once a month at Gilbert’s Coffee Bar in Port Salerno, local moms come together to talk honestly about postpartum life, support each other, and take a breather over a cup of coffee. Babies and lap children are always welcome.

The group is led by Dr. Ellen Chance, Ph.D., LMHC, PMH-C, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Counselor Educator, and local mom of two who specializes in women's mental health.

Thanks to Gilbert’s Coffee Bar and Whole Counseling & Wellness, these groups are offered entirely free of charge. Come as you are and connect with other moms who get it.
