Before we begin again, let’s pause. Let’s honor the version of ourselves that carried us this far — and release what no longer fits.

The Year I’m Letting Go Of is a reflective, restorative expressive arts intensive designed to help you create space for healing and renewal. 

Through a blend of reverse vision boarding, psychodrama, and guided reflection, we’ll move from creative exploration to embodied release — discovering what we’re ready to let go of, and what we’re making room for next.

Together, we will:

• Identify patterns, roles, and stories that no longer serve you
• Express your experiences through visual and experiential art
• Transform insight into release through movement and storytelling
• Close with a grounding ritual to honor your growth

You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to the person you are becoming.

Cost

Green Bottle Method Based *

Full Bottle - $ 175  — covers the full cost of your attendance and supports accessible options for others.

Half Bottle - $ 140 — Covers your spot and contributes toward shared materials and preparation time.

Quarter Bottle - $ 95 — A reduced rate for those who need financial flexibility

Your spot in The Year I’m Letting Go Of intensive is reserved especially for you. To honor the time and preparation that goes into this experience — and to maintain fairness for all participants please review our attendance policy below:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the intensive - may be refunded (minus any processing fees)

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or no-shows - will be subject to full charge based on their registered tier, as materials and preparations are finalized in advance and spaces are limited.
