This is a donation-based, pay-what-you-can outdoor experience designed to reconnect you with nature, movement, and self-reflection. Each month, we may explore a different local trail to stay connected to the land in new ways. Our first gathering will be at Kiplinger Park Trail on 4/16 at 6:30pm.

We’ll begin with a 10–15 minute gentle warm-up to arrive in the body, followed by a 20–30 minute (1mile) mindful walk through nature. We’ll close with a grounding circle, a journaling prompt, and space to reflect, share, and integrate.

Come as you are. Slow down, reconnect, and remember your place within the land. 🌎✨
