Join him Sunday Nov. 16 at 5 p.m. for an array of sacred and secular favorites at Stuart Congregational Church in Stuart. This performance opens the church 2025-2026 Concert Series.Kasten's mastery of the organ is well known on the Treasure Coast. He is the Director of Music and Organist at St John of the Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach a position he has held since 2016.Kasten holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Organ Performance from Southeast Missouri State University a Master of Music Degree in Organ Performance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln a Master of Music Degree in Conducting with an emphasis in Choral and Orchestral Music from Florida State University and is a Candidate for a Doctoral Degree in Organ Performance at Florida State University. The current Stuart Congregational Church sanctuary was built in 2002 with great music in mind. The acoustics are excellent. There is ample parking in the front back and to the west side of the sanctuary. The main entrance is wheelchair accessible.Kasten's performance is free to the public.  Goodwill donations are welcomed and will support the church concert series.  The church hosted its first concert series in 2024-2025 to great reviews by audiences. This 2025-2026 concert series continues Sunday Dec. 6 with an afternoon performance by the Treasure Coast Community Singers and its youth and middle school choruses.
