Stepping @ Southern Park Mall

Keep watching the page but have not attended a walk yet? This is a good one to try! We will enter through the Debartolo Commons entrance of the mall, which is to the left of Steel Valley, and meet inside. You may walk as long as you choose, but we will walk for about one hour/3 miles. We will break into groups so that you will be able to walk at a slow, moderate, or fast pace. Even if you walk slow or can’t walk for long, the important thing is you showed up! There are benches you can use if you need to rest, and you can always jump back into the walk when you feel ready. If you are afraid that you can’t keep up, know that some of our participants use walkers! If you are afraid of being around people you don’t know, I assure you, you will make new friends and have fun. Nobody has ever bitten anyone—yet. 😉
