Description:​
Thai Yoga & Partner Facilitated Stretch is much like a yoga practice for both, the giver and receiver. It allows you to be fully present, breathe deeply, clear out the body’s energy lines and reset the system to bring you into blissful ease. It provides a safe place for the receiver to let go of stress, fear and judgment of themselves and experience supported stretch and relaxation. 

Training content:
- Holistic techniques and partner stretches for all parts of the body.
- Introduction to the system of energy lines.
-Experience working with the fundamentals of touch.
- Build upon anatomy and physiology principles. 
- Theory and practice of working with the physical and emotional body.
- Strategies to create safe and consensual space for partner work. 

After completion of this training you will be able to give a 60 minute holistic Thai Yoga Class or Private Stretch Session

1 Evening Only DROP-IN if space is available, preference is given to students attending the entire program. Email Chris to be on the list. $ 60
