Description:

This 4-week series focuses on myofascial release, the use of manual pressure, and stretching to reduce inflammation and ease muscular tension. Students will be introduced to self-massage techniques through a guided practice that utilizes roll-it therapy balls. 

Each week focuses on the interconnectivity of facial networks, known as Anatomy Trains, to strategically release tension and strengthen neurological pathways to superficial and deep facial networks.

Week 1: Superficial Front Line
Week 2: Superficial Back Line
Week 3: Lateral Line
Week 4: Arm Lines
Week 5: Spiral Lines
