The Beginners Ladies ride gives women that want to get into the sport of cycling a platform to learn and receive tips from other lady cyclists ?‍♀️ 

This event is brought to you in conjunction with the Pocono Bike Club ?

The A/B social is a lively spin that is open to fellas and ladies that want a faster pace. 

?‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️


The beginners group (non-drop) will be led by Melissa. 
This will be a nice easy pace of about 12-13 mph with as little climbing as possible (we do live in the Poconos)

Helmets are required.

Blinky lights are highly recommended.  

For those of you that are first timers, we will go over some basics for road riding before we start, along with some pointers along the way.
Each week will be a slightly different loop about 15 - 25 miles. You never know what surprises lurk around the corner. 
The goal is simple: Ride bikes and have fun!!!!
