This course may be taken for CE credits or as an immersion.Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that uses props and supports that allow the practitioner to hold poses for a longer period of time without strain, promoting deeper relaxation and creating a space for healing. This allows students relief from stress, including the stress of trying to achieve a posture. Sessions will include, restorative yoga practice, practice teaching, lecture, sequencing, discussion, restorative techniques and time for questions and answers.
