Bagel Making

Discover the art of authentic bagel making in this interactive, hands-on class! You'll be guided step by step, learning how to mix, knead, shape, boil, and bake traditional bagels from scratch. We will have an array of toppings to choose from so you can make your bagel taste just the way you, your family or friends love! Whether you're a beginner or a passionate home baker, this class is designed to be fun and rewarding. You'll leave with new skills, detailed recipes, and a batch of delicious bagels to share (or keep for yourself!). Pre-registration is required. Space is limited. Tuition is not refundable.
