Technique and practice make all things possible. In this module we will look at how our hands, arms and shoulders can best support us in the art of yoga arm balances, also known as hand balancing. We will alternate between anatomical lectures and a look at principles of asana to understand how our bodies can move. We will train progressively and learn how to work individually to maximize our potential while working safely for a sustainable long term lifetime of practice.
