I'm so excited to be returning to the beautiful Stroud Monastery for another deeply nurturing retreat.
The surrounds are absolutely breathtaking - peaceful gardens, gentle nature walks, and the mud brick walls of the Monastery seem to hug you as you walk in and keep you warm as you sit by the fires of aa night.
At the heart of the Monastery stands the stunning church, a serene and sacred space where you can truly feel safe, yet still be open to healing with a beautiful sound healing in there both nights.
