Simon says, Let’s Talk is a groundbreaking new men’s mental health in person podcast series which is filmed where a proportion of the audience is prescribed a ticket by their local GP to attend.

Across the UK, men’s mental health is in crisis, too many are struggling in silence and the ripple effects spread through friends, families and communities. This series aims to bring together voices from comedy, music, sport and the arts to share real stories and practical tools for mental health fitness.
