Relax & Restore Weekly Group Class

Relax and Restore is a gentle, physio-led group session designed to help you move well, feel good, and take a moment to reset. Set in the peaceful surroundings of our Secret Garden, this 45-minute class blends calming breathwork, deep stretching, and Pilates-inspired strengthening to release tension, improve flexibility, and support everyday movement.

Expect floor-based sequences that open up the hips, back, shoulders, and legs, along with simple strength work to leave you feeling balanced, lighter, and more at ease in your body. The session is suitable for all levels and takes place on mats with soft music and a water station nearby.
