Alongside informative input, and a framing of the stages of the menopause transition, there will be time for:
-Guided meditation
-Reflection and journaling
-Being in nature

This is a one-day event. Drinks on arrival and throughout the day, and a delicious, nourishing 2 course lunch from the Calcot kitchen are included in the ticket price.

The retreat begins with drinks on arrival from 9.30am, and finishing at 5pm.

We are offering reduced Bed and Breakfast room rates to Retreat participants who would like to extend their visit and stay over on the night of Sunday 22nd March. Please contact the hotel directly for details and bookings. Full use of Hotel and Spa facilities are available to overnight guests.
