- **Event Description**: We will be playing  funky tunes from all around this groovy globe, combining  ethno, techno /electro traditional and modern music to deliver a heady mix of danceable music from across the world . Afrobeat, Cumbia, Bhangra , Arabesque Middle Eastern Vibes - is what we specialise in, but if a worldy  tune catches our ear then it will be on the play list.

Buts it’s more than just the music. It’s an opportunity to get together as one, and share the music of the world, too dance together in appreciation of the amazing musical diversity arising from the differing human cultures on this earth. 

Come and join us in the dance, to celebrate Yule - and one another. 

And expect  no boundaries, only a vibrant celebration of global culture and seamless fusion blending  Cumbia, Afrobeat, Arabesque textures, Latin flavours with electronic dance music, plus some other tasty bits of worldy groove music, creating a high-energy soundscape of hypnotic grooves and soaring melodies with the DJ’s, Jag P and Guests who will be supplying the dance floor with music from 8.30pm to late at the Locking Hill Streaming Studio - Stroud’s newest (and coolest) venue. With a bar, a leafy breathing area outside and a bar to meet your thirst and alcohol requirements. 

The recommended dress is folky, floral , sparkles and bright. Limited Early bird Tickets £8 in advance .
