Contact Improvisation in Stroud! This Sunday 7th December!

Explore the potential of presence and somatic awareness, as we combine it with Contact Improvisation, in this playful, creative workshop.

We'll explore self-awareness, emotional sensitivity, and presence, with ourselves and in connection with others. We'll move, dance, and merge, in contact, using guided practice, movement and play.

The session is somewhere between a class and a facilitated jam, with guidance and gentle facilitation, but lots of freedom for creativity and flow.

Led by movement meditation teacher, Dave Spencer.
