Tom Warren and Rebecca Warren founded Fortress Gym last year and we are proud to be running a second qualifier at their facility. The couple are dripping with professional experience in the sports arena and are 100% committed to helping people succeed, being true sports people. 

This is a very exciting venue, it has a separate competition hall which makes warming up easy, good quality equipment and a lot of weights. This caters well to even the strongest lifters, as does the superb equipment. Due to their commitment particularly to grass roots in sports we suggesting this as an ideal qualifier also for a first time or novice competitor who is still find their feet.

Is your membership up to date?

Remember – you will need a current 2025 membership FOR THAT year you are competing AT WEIGH IN. Memberships are immediate and sent by auto confirmation with your new membership number to the email address you input on the application form. Please check your spam folder. 

If you do not have an autoreply in a few minutes, then please email memberships@britishpowerliftingunion.co.uk and you will be forwarded a copy. You CANNOT WEIGH IN without this email or printout of the PDF with your membership number on. SO please ensure you do this long before the competition. 

If you are new and are applying for membership write “waiting” in the membership number box on the entry form and use the link below to update your  membership number as soon as you get it. Its very easy.
