She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts. She serves on the board of the Ohio Person-Centered Care Coalition. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, a Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional, and a Certified Activities Director. Caring for people with dementia is her passion.
